How It Works

Step 1:

Initial Contact & Intake Start by reaching out through our website or by phone to provide basic information about your child—such as age, diagnosis, and service preferences. We’ll guide you through the intake process, explain next steps, and request essential documentation like diagnostic reports and insurance details.

Step 2:

Benefits Eligibility & Verification We’ll verify your insurance coverage for ABA services and let you know what’s covered, including any authorizations or out-of-pocket costs. Our team ensures you have a clear understanding of the financial side before we move forward.

Step 3:

Documentation Submission To move ahead, we’ll need supporting documents, which typically include a formal autism diagnosis, evaluations, and referrals. These are essential for securing insurance authorization and preparing for your child’s assessment.

Step 4:

Initial Assessment & Planning Once authorization is approved, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will schedule a comprehensive assessment. This evaluation helps us understand your child’s strengths and areas of need, and forms the basis of a personalized treatment plan.

Step 5:

Care Team Matching & Parent Training While we finalize your child’s therapy schedule and assign your care team, we also provide parent training. This includes an overview of the ABA process, strategies for reinforcing learning at home, and a review of your child’s treatment goals.

Step 6:

Therapy Launch With your team in place and approvals complete, therapy begins. Services may be delivered at home, in a clinic, or within the community. Your child will receive one-on-one support from trained Behavior Technicians under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.

Step 7:

Ongoing Support & Flexibility We continuously monitor progress through data and regular assessments. Treatment plans are updated as your child grows and develops. Our team stays in close communication with you to ensure therapy remains effective and aligned with your goals.
