With 8 years of field experience, Anna is a BCBA who received her Masters in Psychological Sciences with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from James Madison University. In her role as Director of Clinical Operations, Anna oversees the implementation of ABA services by BCBAs and technicians. Highly passionate and devoted to her job, Anna provides expertise in fostering and maintaining clinical excellence for Hidden Talents ABA clients and families. In her free time, you can find her boating and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Murphy and Munro.
Maureen coordinates and manages daily operations at Hidden Talents, creating an efficient, client-centered care environment. Maureen joined Hidden Talents ABA Team in 2020 and feels fortunate to work with a team that is highly committed to impacting the families we serve.In over 15+ years in management and administrative departments, Maureen has passionately built relationships with clients and their families and takes pride in hearing about ABA-related achievements. When not in her professional role, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family and favors being outdoors at the lake, beach, or on a scenic motorcycle ride.
Received her undergraduate degree is in Communicative Disorders from Cal State Long Beach, CA. She worked as a speech therapist in both private and public-school settings working with students 3-21 years of age in Los Angeles, California. She received her M.S., in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Georgia State University and is currently a BCBA. As Clinical Training Manager, Elvia focuses on the onboarding and ongoing development of clinical skills for technicians who provide direct treatment for our clients. Her goal is to teach ABA skills and provide methodological soundness to treatment. Outside of the office, Elvia enjoys going to shows and exploring the city on her one-wheel.
Ashley is a dedicated advocate for children with special needs, driven by a profound passion to facilitate their development to their utmost potential. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and recently completed her masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. In her free time, you can find her painting, reading a good book, and spending time with family.
Christy brings a wealth of experience as a Medical Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician. With an Associate's degree in Science, she's currently pursuing a Bachelor's in General Studies with minors in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Business Information Technology. In her free time, Christy enjoys family moments, watching k-dramas, online shopping, and baking.
